251 Polyimide Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tape with Silicone Resin
This kind of tape is made of polyimide material with heat-resistant silicone adhesive, which shows excellent dielectric insulation properties, high heat resistant, excellent solvent resistant, mask-off gold finger contacts during wave soldering, short-term temp. 250c x 5sec, and is widely used for electrical insulation on motor, transformer, coils, PCB making and so on.
I requirements:
1.1 appearance
The film surface is smooth, bright and clean. It should have no defects such as folding, tearing, particulate, air bubble, pinhole and any external impurity. Its edges shall be orderly and no breakage.
1.2 dimension
The roll length is 30-60 meter or supplied according to the customer’s requirements. The width and allowable deviation: 10mm-50mm: ±0.5mm; >50mm: ±1mm.
1.3 thickness
Thickness and allowable deviation: all of the thickness is available, ±0.008mm.
